Pallet Symposium Poland is a two-day networking event with an accompanying industry exhibition. We created Pallet Symposium Poland as a two-day meeting for people who do more than observe change — we make it happen.
On Monday evening, we arrive, meet one another, and begin the conversations that matter during our networking reception and dinner. On Tuesday, we bring practical experience to the stage. We examine pallet logistics from the perspectives of manufacturers, retailers, logistics providers, pallet specialists, pooling companies, technology businesses, and users.
Ten presentations will be delivered in Polish, complemented by four English-language presentations from leading international market experts. We do not meet to repeat familiar theories. We share completed projects, discuss real operational challenges, and show how we can reduce costs, improve processes, and identify opportunities that are often overlooked. We learn from one another. We challenge established thinking. We turn conversations into action.

The Pallet Symposium Poland is not a room filled with pallet suppliers trying to sell pallets to one another. That would make no sense.
We create a carefully balanced mix of pallet users and solution providers. Decision-makers from industry, retail, and logistics meet pallet manufacturers, pooling companies, technology providers, and service specialists.
Customers bring real challenges. Suppliers bring practical solutions. Together, we create conversations that lead to better processes, stronger partnerships, and new business.
We connect:
industry and consumer-goods companies;
retail and wholesale businesses;
logistics and transport providers;
pallet manufacturers and traders;
pooling and load-carrier-management specialists;
software, tracking, automation, and service providers.
This mix is what makes our symposium different. We do not speak about one another from a distance. We speak directly with one another.
We compare perspectives, uncover shared challenges, and create solutions that no single part of the market can develop alone.
Pallets are the last frontier of the supply chain where companies still lose money every day. We show you the alternatives. We show you how to stop pallet losses.
Every presentation must prove one thing: it saves money, saves time, or does both. You cannot buy your way onto our stage. As a journalist, I personally make sure that sales presentations are banned. No advertising disguised as expertise. No empty promises. Only content that matters.
Our speakers share practical experience — not sales presentations disguised as expertise. We always invite international market experts who enrich the conversation with new perspectives and experience from beyond Poland.
We focus on ideas that participants can take back to their businesses and put into practice. One useful insight, one avoided mistake, or one new business connection can repay the entire investment in attending.
We ask questions. We discuss openly. We leave with clearer decisions and stronger networks. The people who join us help define what comes next. Everyone else hears about it afterwards.
The Pallet Symposium Poland is more than a conference program.
Our networking dinner is legendary. Titles fade, masks come off, and real conversations begin. We create the personal chemistry that builds trust, sparks ideas, and turns new connections into business. We meet before the presentations begin. We share dinner, exchange experiences, and build trust in a relaxed setting. The following day, we continue those conversations through keynote presentations, discussions, breaks, and our specialist exhibition.
We create enough time for genuine exchange because valuable cooperation rarely begins with a rushed introduction. This is where we meet future partners, customers, suppliers, and collaborators—and where ideas become opportunities.
We welcome decision-makers and specialists whose work connects with pallets, load carriers, logistics, retail, manufacturing, technology, and supply-chain management. We are building a focused professional community — not a mass event. Participation is available through a symposium ticket or an event partnership.
If you are responsible for improving pallet processes, reducing logistics costs, introducing new technology, strengthening sustainability, or preparing your supply chain for the future, you belong in this room.
If you decide not to attend, your competitors may still be there. Our community speaks Polish and English, ensuring that local decision-makers and international experts can exchange ideas, build relationships, and do business together.
Our PalettenSymposium in Hamburg demonstrated what becomes possible when the right people meet around one shared subject. In Wrocław, we continue that momentum and bring the conversation to Poland and Central Europe.
Poland has lacked a dedicated event where pallet users and pallet providers meet as equals. Existing meetings typically bring suppliers together with other suppliers — or send them to broad trade fairs where pallets are only a side topic.
We are changing that. We bring industry, retail, logistics, pallet suppliers, pooling companies, and technology providers into one focused community. Here, customers meet suppliers, challenges meet solutions, and the Polish pallet market moves forward together. We are creating a place where markets connect, experience crosses borders, and new partnerships begin. We are not waiting for the future of pallet logistics.
We do not collect contacts and call it networking. We build real relationships between pallet users, suppliers, and experts. Join the conversations, share your experience, and become part of the pallet community.
Palettenring connects the pallet market digitally. Pallet Symposium Poland brings that community together in Wrocław.
We meet in Wrocław and stay connected through Palettenring. The platform digitally connects pallet users, manufacturers, suppliers, and experts, while Pallet Symposium Poland turns these online connections into personal relationships.
Palettenring members with a Silver, Gold, or Platinum membership receive a voucher for Pallet Symposium Poland. The voucher value and terms of use depend on the selected membership level.
